Before We Arrive
- Pump down your sump well for closing.
(Dumped on customer’s property as per City Bylaw) - Clean your pool and remove all debris.
- To ensure your pool water is chemically balanced, please bring in a water sample for testing one week before closing.
- Drop-in steps and sandbags must be removed prior to closing.
- Salt cell and cartridge filters should be cleaned and stored indoors.
(We can clean them for you at an additional cost.*) - Please note that we do not winterize solar heating systems.
